She loves a good trashy magazine. One of her favourite features is... 'What is in celerity X's fridge'.
And, she loves a good fridge nosy.
Well me too (and like RP I love a good nosy through other peoples shopping trolleys as well).
Obviously I'm kind of wishing I'd seen this AFTER I'd been shopping and I'm slightly embarrassed at the lack of food and excess of alcohol but, it is what it is and I do PLAN on feeding the children a healthy, balanced meal tonight (probably).
Jar of cranberry jelly
nam pal fish sauce
jar of Janets homemade rhubarb chutney
net of babybels
bottle of homemade gingerbeer
bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush
bottle of Clos Monistrol Cava
bottle of First Cape Pinot Grigo
2 ltrs Cravendale full fat milk
bottle of Heinz mayo
bottle of lucozade sport
pack of mature cheddar
small bottle of Stellas homemade Lemonchello
4 cherry tomatoes
half a cucumber
yellow pepper
bag of red grapes
Why not join in at Mum's mutterings and share what's in your fridge right now (no going shopping first, that's cheating!)

Haha!!
Add a hunk of Parmigiano cheese and some kiddie yoghurt and that could be my fridge!
I need to go shopping too...
Thank god she didn't ask what's in my freezer!!! Ok, shopping here I come ...........
Thats great you saw it and took part and so glad I am not the only one who likes being nosey at other peoples shopping trollys.
Is your homemade ginger beer of the alcoholic variety, and are you willing to share the reciepe (even if its non alcholic!), and also for the chutney?
Ps, just seen your comment on mine, and yes t'husband always keeps his chocolate biscuits in the fridge, one of his strange things, for me they dont normally last long enough to go in the fridge!
The ginger beer is sadly non alcoholic but really pretty good.
Very happy share the recipes. Both are made my my lovely neighbour Janet so bear with me and I will ask her.
Very little last for very long in my house. Yesterday I discovered to my horror that my son had eaten 7 donuts while waiting for tea to be cooked!! It's no wonder that at only just 13 he's approaching 6ft
I'll look forwards to those, u have a very nice neighbour! I have just discovered a large patch of rubarb at the back of my garden after 2 weeks of clearing brambles, ivy and generally very out if control bushes! Now I know what to do with it!
Janet's the best. She also keeps chickens which I look after for her when she's away so I get lovely free range eggs and the chance to plunder her garden :) It's a perfect use for rhubarb, I'm on it, watch this space!
Yay! Thank you for photographing your fridge.. you are as nosey and sad as me!!
Is it boozy salad for tea tonight?? Homemade ginger beer sounds lovely.
Boozy salad, lemon tart and clotted cream (I went shopping:)
I am indeed sad and nosey, it's nice to find kindred spirits!
I've left a request for the recipes so hopefully I'll have them soon!
