Today I recieved the Versatile Blogger award from one of my favorite bloggers Lou at Waiting to Emigrate .
I've been following Lous story as she waits to emigrate to the US with her two children G and H (sadly leaving the beautiful A in the UK) to join the wonderful S.
After many months of of jumping through hoops and wading through red tape the end is in sight and very soon they will be starting their new life together. I really am SO happy for you Lou :)))
Thank you so much for this award.
There are rules for winning this award, and they are as follows:
1) Thank the blogger who awarded you and link back to them.
2) Share 7 things about yourself.
3) Pass the award along to 15 other newly discovered blogs.

Thank you, Sarah Mac! I'm so flattered but a bit concerned because I don't know 15 other bloggers. Hhhhmmm.
The eye color thing? Way cool. I knew a girl in school who had blue and brown and I thought it was the neatest thing. Like it gave her magical powers or something. Does it?!
I don't think it matters at all Catherine, 15 is a lot I know.
And yes, it does indeed give me magical powers (although I'm afraid I can't divulge what they are ;)
holy smokes! yay! Sarah, thx!
were you a spin docters groupie? omgoodness!
Thanks Sarah! Always a pleasure and flattering :)
I've had a few students that wouldn't touch cotton wool (cotton balls, as we call them) and it annoyed me greatly! haha
SOOO cool about your eyes. There was a girl in my school that had that and she fasinated me.
You are very welcome Todd :)
More of a one nighter than a groupie. They were playing Glastonbury festival and were staying at a hotel in town. We had a great time (I think;).
I dont know what it is Lady E. The foam under the ironing board cover has the same affect. Just weird I guess.
The eye thing is a cool, I like being different.
Wow thanks for this, although I admit to being slightly concerned as well as I am not sure I can think of 7 interesting things people don;t know about me!
I will get my hat on and get thinking x
My daughter came up with far more than 7 embarrassing or stupid things I'd said or done RP but I think I might save them for a post of their own :) x
Thanks so much Sarah for thinking of me. That's so kind.
Anne xx
Thank you Mackie!!! I am impressed at both your flexibility and your inability to commit to an eye colour. I think I've done this at least once before but will try and think if there is anything I've forgotten. Oh and will check out the others!
Ha ha, hadn't thought of it as an inability to commit before FF (although that would be me all over :) x
Oh Sarah! That is so sweet of you! :-D
Yay! Award! Award! (HeHe)
But gosh now I have to pass it on to my favourite 15 blogs!
And write 7 things about myself!
Cool! Lets do it! :-D
Sarah, thank you so much! I'm really pleased. Your list was intriguing, especially the different coloured eyes. I thought of David Bowie, does he have different coloured eyes too? like it!
The Spin Doctors story would make an interesting WoW post one of these days...
Gill x
Looking forward to reading it Khush :)
David Bowie does Gill but I'm not sure if he was born with it (as I was) or if it was the result of some kind of accident.
Ha ha, if I told the full story of that night I could get into BIG trouble with a certain friend ........... hmmm, maybe I will ;)
Hi Sarah!
The post is ready and I have tagged you. Please do read my blog!
See ya at my blog!
Thank you!! I have always wondered what you call it when someone has different coloured eyes, well now I know! x
You are very welcome Claire :)x
